Are you interested in…
- preparing of laptops for new employees/hardware replacements
- onsite support (e.g. intermediation between user and IT support, creation and follow up IT tickets on behalf of users, mobile device support (mobile phones, tablets) etc.)
- user training (e.g. IT introduction for onboarding colleagues - basics, procedures and policies, IT Security & Compliance)
- IT stock management
- maintenance of technical equipment, office infrastructure, desks (cabling) and meeting rooms
Profile
Do you bring along…
- HTL for IT or comparable education/experience
- practical knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, M365, preferably experience with MS SharePoint
- practical knowledge of business equipment (laptops, external screens, video conference systems, mobile devices)
- IT & technical affinity
- pro-active approach and team spirit
- problem solving capabilities
- self-responsibility
- strong communication skills
- fluent English & German
